Sales Tax: The Lili Pad charges applicable sales tax to merchandise shipped to residents of Alabama.
Shipping and Delivery: Once orders are placed, they are usually filled the following business day. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediately. We maintain all of our merchandise on-site, therefore back orders are not available. Due to irregularities in our inventory system, damaged goods or a recent purchase in the store, all orders are subject to availability. You will be notified via email of any item order that is not available to ship.
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $50 ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. There will be a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order on all orders under $50. If you need an item quicker, please choose overnight or two day shipping (rates and providers are available on our checkout page). We cannot be held responsible for items that are not received on time. We only ship to the United States. Please note, if an item is returned that was shipped for free, will we deduct the $5.95 shipping rate from your refund or credit.
Gift Wrap: We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase for $4.00. The Lili Pad gift-wrap consists of matte white gift box, wrapped in our store green/white paper accented with ribbon. Inside, your gift is surrounded by tissue. Multiple shipping destinations or boxes that need to be wrapped will incur an additional shipping charge per box.
Returns/Exchanges: We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will be glad to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of items. Please note we must receive all returns within 14 days of purchase. Items returned and accepted after fourteen (14) days of receipt will be billed a $10.00 processing fee, as well as a 25% restocking fee. We can not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sale items, pre-orders, Swimwear, Heirloom and special orders are ALL FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No price adjustments for previously purchased items allowed. Holiday merchandise becomes a final sale on the date of the holiday. Any Holiday merchandise that is returned 21 calender days before the holiday cannot be returned or refunded.
You must contact us prior to sending any item back to receive a return authorization number. Please send an email to customerservice@lilipadonline.com requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. The Lili Pad will reply with an authorization number and instructions. We cannot accept any returns that do not have the return authorization number clearly printed out the outside of the box. We highly recommend that you track your package or get delivery confirmation.
The merchandise must be unused and in its original new condition. All original tags must be attached and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. Please note that any item that has been worn or washed cannot be returned. It is very important that you carefully read all washing instructions, or hand wash the item if you are in doubt. Many of our items are very fragile, and care must be taken in washing. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item, which is not in the same condition that it was sold in.
We inspect our merchandise carefully upon receipt from the manufacturers, but if you feel you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please call us immediately.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Also, if you purchased or received an item that was shipped free of charge, this amount will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer. We will process all returns and credits immediately. Please note that it can take up to 60 days for a credit to actually appear on your credit card statement.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Unlike regular orders placed at The Lili Pad, pre-order items will be shipped as they become available. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time you place your order.
